Exclusion Services

Simply removing or deterring wildlife is not a permanent fix to your problem.  If you have animals inside your house, then the key is determining how they got in and sealing up that/those entry points.  Unfortunately, they way most houses are built, there are many potential entry points where critters can enter, especially when you consider that a bat only requires an opening the thickness of a pencil and a flying squirrel can get in a golf ball sized hole!

Holes, gaps, and openings

Most homes are built to be rain proof and wind proof, but not animal proof.  It takes a discerning eye but potential entry points can be found in just about every home.  Construction gaps around the roof area are very common, especially where multiple roof lines meet.  Gable vents are also a common entry point, often only screened from the inside with lightweight screen that deteriorates after years of service.  Ridge vents are also often a point of entry as they bow from pressure and exposure to the sun.

Lasting Protection

We prefer to use metal whenever possible to cover gaps.  Metal is durable, long lasting, and not as easy to chew through as other materials.  Oftentimes we pair this metal usage with a waterproof sealant to ensure protection not just from wildlife but also from the elements.  We also do everything possible to blend our repairs in with your home.  We do not want it to be obvious where we sealed a gap, the goal is for no one to have any idea that there was every an issue.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

As much as we love meeting people and visiting with our customers, my goal is that once we leave, we never hear from you again.  If that happens then it means we have done our job right the first time and you are a satisfied customer!  Of course with wildlife nothing is every perfect or predictable and sometimes we miss things, if that is the case we welcome the call back and want to go above and beyond to make sure you are satisifed and your problem is fully resolved!

Below are common entry points that seem sealed from afar but often have small openings that can allow wildlife to enter undetected.
